MINI GROUP TRAINING
SMALL GROUPS. AMAZING RESULTS
Having a personal trainer isn’t for everybody. Whether it be financial restrictions or just needing some room to breathe, 1-on-1 sessions aren’t for everybody.
For the rest, I have miniature group sessions.
No more than 5 participants in each class, so you’ll get the exact amount of attention you need to excel in your own custom-developed training plan.
As I do with my 1-to-1 clients, I will work with you to create a road-map to accelerate your journey to a level of fitness that you’re happy with.
The benefit to working out with others? You’ll have other people to motivate you to push through any physical and mental obstacles during our sessions.
