Amy Bondar is a leading Nutrition expert and Certified Eating Psychology Coach who is passionate about helping her clients achieve maximum health and vitality through personalized nutrition and lifestyle coaching.
Amy Bondar’s comprehensive skill-set, two decades of experience and compassionate approach have allowed hundreds of people to achieve the vitality we all desire, and deserve.
The days of generic meal plans, fad diets, yo-yo dieting and simple advice about calories and carbs are long gone. When you work with Amy you will have strategies and learn nutrition principles that are nourishing, doable, sustainable, personalized and that yield results.
Strength and Conditioning Coach
Tamara J is a first generation Canadian. Has always been an athlete playing basketball at the age of 9 then went on to play provincial level basketball. Leading Team Alberta to 2 silver medals and 1 bronze medal at Nationals. She was recruited by the University of Calgary Dinos Basketball team and proudly represented the Dinos for 5 years. Over her 5 years she was nominated for Female Athlete of The Year in 2009 and 2012, won Canada West Defensive Player of the year and made the Second Team All-Star line up in 2012. She graduated with a bachelor of science in exercise and health physiology degree. Tamara has been working as a strength and conditioning coach for the past 6 years. In that time she has completed her Master’s of science in strength and conditioning, started her own company and has developed significant partnerships with several key practitioners who play critical roles in allowing Tamara to provide the best possible service to any athlete or client.
Her goal is to help athletes and clients build the foundation to change their lives!
