Tamara is one of Calgary’s premier personal trainers. She holds a Masters Degree in Strength and Conditioning, a degree in Exercise and Health Physiology, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
She has worked with hundreds of high level athletes, and strives to help each of her clients climb to the top of their respective athletic fields.
